It's time to register your child for Kindergarten

Parents who are residents of the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District are encouraged to register their children who will be eligible to enter Kindergarten this Fall. Packets will be mailed home at the end of April.

To be eligible, children must be five years of age by December 1, 2008 and be residents of the school district. Proof of residency will be required at kindergarten screening in the first week of June.

To register, please contact the school at 853-3332 ext. 5001 or 5006 with the following information:

• Student’s full legal name as it appears on birth certificate

• Date of birth

• Parent/Guardian name(s)

• 911 address AND mailing address if different from 911 residential address

• Phone # either home/work and/or cell
