EXTRA HELP:  I am available 3rd, 4th, and 7th period during the day and EVERY day after school until 3:30.  There is a late-bus available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for students who need a ride home.

Algebra                          

Students in Algebra will take the Integrated Algebra Regents Exam in June 2009.  All algebra students are given a homework assignment sheet for each chapter and will have homework every night.  A take-home test is given each quarter to provide continuous review for the regents exam.  Students will be using a TI-83 plus calculator to complete this course.

Pre-algebra

Students in pre-algebra will not have a Regents Exam in June 2009, but will have an in-class final.  All pre-algebra students are given a homework assignment sheet on Monday for the entire week.  Pre-algebra counts as one credit of math and students who are successful will take Algebra next year with the Regents Exam in June 2010.
